Project Management Methodology
Yuge Design uses a comprehensively documented, industry best practice project management methodology and open book financial controls on all projects. You can always see what stage your home is at and what your costs are.
To ensure successful outcomes we utilise the services of a wide range of technical experts, consulting to our contracted Project Managers. Our Project Managers are all trained in Occupational Health and Safety and First Aid. They come from a range of backgrounds and all share a commitment to best practice in building standards and customer service.

Standards and Environmental Issues
Yuge Design is committed to best practice in construction and safety and environmental issues. We aim to meet or exceed the standards of the Building Code of New Brunswick and the Canada regulations. We encourage our clients to utilise environmentally responsible and energy efficient design wherever practical.
